:star::star::coffeecup::star::star: PERSONAL NEWS :star::star::coffeecup::star::star:

Guess who's doing both Script Frenzy and NaPoWriMo this month? Your favorite pink potato: me! T.S. Eliot was right when he said "April is the cruellest month." If you didn't catch my last journal entry, I'm also shooting a short film this April. Cruellest month, indeed.

If you have no idea what Script Frenzy and NaPoWriMo are, you should check this news article by the wonderful BeccaJS:

I'll be posting my Script Frenzy updates on my blog, where it also has its own page. Likewise, my NaPoWriMo updates will also be posted on my blog. However, the 30 poems I'll be writing for the whole month of April will be posted here, in a special gallery. Wish me luck, munchkins!

If you're doing either or also both, hit me up so we can be writing buddies and stalk each other or something. It'll be more fun!

Jofer and out!

Once a week, we will re-post these prompts in a new journal to keep them current.

DAY 1 INSPIRATION: Look around the room you're in and choose one item (a hairbrush, a book), and write a poem or a scene that incorporates this item in a significant way. Make sure you indicate the item's importance without being too obvious and directly telling the reader what it means.
DAY 2 INSPIRATION: Go outside and find a view you like, or find a picture of a landscape ad use it for inspiration. FOR POETS: No matter how ordinary the scene looks, use strong words to make it sound epic a
